This is the worksheet used in Lesson Plan I, I created it with http://www.puzzlemaker.com/. I would pass this out to the student's as the first activity of our day so the students would have an idea of what we would be covering and it also lets me see what the students already know and if I need to work with a specific student to get them up to where the rest of the class is.
